I work on Y Lab's Arts and Health programme, where we are working with Arts Council Wales and the NHS to explore how arts interventions can play a more prominent role in the health and wellbeing of people in Wales. I manage the programme and also work with Nesta's People Powered Results team to provide coaching to the teams in each Health Board to facilitate innovation and change via the chosen method for this programme, the 100 Day Challenge.
Before Y Lab, I worked in a range of charities and non-profits leading arts and health projects, including the Tenovus Cancer Care 'Sing with Us' choirs, the Military Wives Choirs and most recently Breathe Arts Health Research, an innovative social enterprise bringing music, magic, dance and other performing arts into various hospital and community settings. I love research and interspersed my time in these roles with a year out in 2017-18 to complete an MA in Anthropology and Community Arts at Goldsmiths University.

Outside of Work
I enjoy singing, going to gigs and festivals, spending foodie time with my family & friends and going on international adventures whenever I can. I also love dogs but don't yet own one, so I like to spend time borrowing other peoples (with their permission of course) or going for walks and meeting new dogs.
