Who we Are

Emyr Williams

Research Fellow

Cardiff University

I support the Innovate to Save projects through the R&D process with a focus on engagement and evaluation. I am also exploring democratic innovations and innovative ways to involve people in the decisions that affect them.

I have worked as a practitioner in community development and youth work, undertaken research to support local council scrutiny, assisted Welsh Government with evidence-based policy making and undertaken social impact assessment for mines in the private sector.

Outside of Work

I enjoy all types of sport, love live music and have recently discovered a penchant for pottery which has resulted in a plethora of wobbly pots inhabiting my house!
