I started at Y Lab in October 2019. I am currently involved in evaluating the Innovate to Save programme, and helping to build research and publication capacity at Y Lab.
Background
I am a sociologist who has worked in a number of universities across Europe and the UK. I have experience in a variety of qualitative methods, and my main area of specialism is the sociology of inequalities and identities, particularly those relating to race, ethnicity, class, and nation.

Outside of Work
I’ve always been into football and cricket, although I also follow rugby and NFL. I’ve a football coaching badge and have done some coaching, but I’m still playing. I’m married with three children and spend a lot of time with family.
